12+ years across sales, operations and marketing — including last-mile logistics and hands-on work in label printing, packaging, anti-counterfeit and QR-based track & trace.

   Client acquisition end to end — appointments, pitching the company's packages, and cold-calling follow-ups to get accounts on board.

2. 2017 – 2020

   Team Leader · V.K. Enterprises

   Ran a ground sales team against daily targets and market cash collection.

3. 2020 – 2022

   Hub Manager · Khati Solution Pvt Ltd

   P&L owner for last-mile delivery hubs serving Big Basket Daily, JioMart, Dealshare, Flipkart Grocery, Grofers and Udaan. Built the driver-training program from scratch.

4. 2022 – 2023

   Business Development Manager · Jibz India System

   P&L owner for a city-wide vehicle-attachment project across Uber, Rapido and Ola — hiring, training and incentives for field executives and drivers.
